Katelyn “Kate” Mahlum, FNP-C, is the Medical Director and General Manager of Elysian Institute in Bigfork, Montana. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a clinical background spanning primary care, addiction medicine, and integrative medicine.
Kate earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of Phoenix. Her professional education has included recognition on the President’s List, along with involvement in Sigma Theta Tau and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
At Elysian Institute, Kate provides clinical oversight for medically supervised wellness and recovery services. Her areas of professional focus include wellness, anti-aging medicine, integrative care, and individualized approaches to health and longevity.
Kate has also worked in clinical settings involving primary care and addiction medicine, giving her experience across both conventional healthcare and wellness-focused care. At Elysian Institute, she leads the clinical team and helps develop and oversee individualized protocols for clients.
