We suggest wearing shorts, leggings, or comfortable, slim-fitting athletic pants. We also recommend wearing socks.

We take care to wipe them down with a clean sanitized cloth between clients.

A general rule of thumb for athletes is to set the pressure based on their comfort levels. For medical cases, please consult Elysian Staff for a recommendation, as the pressure level should be adjusted to the individual’s level of comfort, tolerance and response to treatment under medical guidance.
There is also no standard consensus on the frequency of treatments. Depending on the individual situation, the treatment duration could be 30 minutes to two hours, and the frequency could be 1 to 4 times daily based on the needs. Before bedtime often promotes sleep quality.
