Prior to this IV infusion, current lab work is required to ensure safety and appropriate dosing. Labs must be completed within the past 3 months. We can draw your labs in-house at Elysian Institute or accept recent results from an outside provider.

All clients must complete a medical intake with our Nurse Practitioner before their first appointment. Intakes are valid for 6 months. If yours is overdue, please arrive 15–20 minutes early.
